Thank you for your interest in my music. I appreciate your support, and I hope it blesses you and others who may hear it.

Purchase of my sheet music entitles you to the following...

- You may photocopy or print all, or part, of the purchased music as many times as needed for your personal use. Personal use includes use by a conductor, performers, audio technicians and anyone else directly involved in the performance of the music. This also includes copies for archive and backup purposes.
- You may copy the electronic file for similar purposes.
- You may perform, publicly or privately, any or all of the purchased music whether for profit or not (this does not include broadcast performances - see below).
- You may download the track, if available, from my website and make copies for rehearsal purposes only. This includes personal rehearsal CD's that may be distributed to your performers.

And here's all the stuff you may not do...

- You may not resell, loan, rent or in any other way distribute purchased sheet music (including the electronic file), or copies thereof, to anyone other than as described above. This does not affect your "fair use" rights (such as loaning the score to a friend for evaluation or study purposes).
- You may not post or upload any purchased electronic file to a website or server that can be accessed by the general public.
- You may not produce recordings of any of this music for sale or distribution without obtaining the necessary permissions. This may include obtaining permission from ASCAP.
- You may not broadcast, or allow to be broadcast, on television, radio or other medium, any of this music without obtaining the necessary permissions. This may include obtaining permission from ASCAP.

With music piracy becoming ever more of a problem, these rules are only in place to protect the livelihoods of composers, arrangers and producers such as myself. Please contact me if you have any questions.
