Since
the age of eleven, I have always been fascinated by the art of
illusion. So much so, that as a young boy I used to read books
and study notes on every magical style from close-up card tricks
to large stage illusions.
By
the age of twenty I had mastered "card magic" to a professional
level. I still perform for my own amusement, occasionally in a
professional capacity.
I particularly the creative process of designing illusions.
Below are a few clips of illusions I have been fortunate enough
(with the aid of my "magical" friends) to capture on
film. Some are "demo" videos that we shot as screen
tests. They are not the greatest quality, but I can assure you
there are no camera tricks involved!

The first performance of a new illusion. The disappearance
of a seven-member dance troupe from a platform surrounded by audience
members.

The first illusion I ever created and filmed. This is the appearance
of a car, in an open parking lot, in less than a second (no audio).

Based on an illusion originally performed by David Copperfield,
this is my version. In the middle of a parking lot, a motorbike
changes into...well, take a look (no audio).
